Your Opportunity:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various platforms, including presentation design. You will work closely with other members of the Global Digital Hub team to develop creative concepts and solutions that align with our brand guidelines and business objectives. In this position you will be focusing on:

Develop visually compelling and engaging presentations and light creative design that effectively communicate complex information, ideas, and concepts.

Design and format slides, incorporating appropriate typography, color schemes, and visual elements to enhance the overall visual appeal and clarity of the content.

Create custom graphics, illustrations, and infographics to visualize data and support key messages in presentations.

Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines in all presentation designs.

Collaborating closely with clients, stakeholders, and team members to understand design requirements, objectives, and project deliverables and supporting/guiding junior designers, offering feedback and helping them develop their skills and design capabilities,

Assisting in the development of design concepts and solutions that effectively communicate brand messages and align with project goals.

Adapt and optimize presentations for different platforms and delivery methods, including digital presentations, printouts, and projection.

Managing multiple design projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting project deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Creating design assets for various mediums, including print materials, digital graphics, social media content, presentations, and marketing collateral.

Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design deliverables to maintain brand identity and visual coherence.

Who you are:

You have 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design/presentation design and in creating visually compelling designs for both print and digital mediums, preferably in a corporate line of work or similar fast-paced environment.

Strong proficiency in presentation design software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) with a strong understanding of slide layouts, transitions, and animations.

Demonstrated ability to create visually impactful and engaging presentations that effectively communicate complex information, ideas, and concepts.

In-depth knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Proven experience in designing and formatting slides, integrating multimedia elements, and creating custom graphics to enhance the visual appeal of presentations.

Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.

You can manage multiple design and presentation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion while maintaining high-quality standards.

You are fluent in English and have excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
