Job Description
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for executing design projects through various media in support of Allegis Global Solutions' internal and external communications. The designer will collaborate with corporate resources and internal business teams to visually represent ideas and messages in the development of print, multimedia, video, and web content. You will be utilizing your knowledge of grids, typography, graphic design, color, layout, iconography, imagery, and design patterns and systems to address ambiguous, complex problems and projects. It will be expected that you will work with senior team members to establish priorities and the delivery of tasks.
Responsibilities
+ Design business-related templates and marketing communications for internal and external audiences, which include but are not limited to: PowerPoint presentations, whitepapers, multipage reports, email blasts, and landing pages via HubSpot, social media imagery, infographics, office branding, and signage
+ Develop and implement brand and office guidelines
+ Create and produce marketing and strategic communications (print, digital, and video) pieces for a wide variety of internal clients
+ Manage production of all print pieces from conception to completion
+ Design all event collateral, signage, presentations, and giveaways for internal and external events – both in person, virtual, and hybrid; maintain a quality check on all pieces
+ Assist in online platform redesigns, including intranet websites and custom landing page layouts.
+ Develop support materials for executive leadership messaging
+ Work with our design team on the development and management of our global brands
+ Collaborate with the creative team, internal teams to develop creative solutions and then translate those solutions through a variety of channels
+ Stay current on industry trends
+ Create engaging graphics for internal and external social channels
+ Handle all graphics work for video
+ Act as a guiding resource for designers on product marketing teams
Qualifications
+ 2+ years design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm
+ Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills.
+ Adaptable and quick learner. Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding the brand identity for Allegis Global Solutions.
+ Develop easy to understand layouts from complex content
+ Adaptable and quick learner; must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity
+ Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
+ Experience with HTML and CSS preferred
+ Possess strong conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, layout, and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
+ Expert knowledge in graphic production process
+ Work well with tight deadlines individually and in a team environment
+ Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
+ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that values creativity, self-motivation, candor, reliability and accountability.
+ People-oriented, strong relationship building skills.
+ Demonstrated resourcefulness and curiosity.
+ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
