Apply today and you could start as soon as this week. **As a PeopleReady associate you'll benefit from:** + Connections and experience with some of the top companies in your area + Great benefit package options + Get matched to jobs quickly. + Competitive pay and steady schedule + The ability to see your schedule and track your hours right from our easy-to-use app, JobStack! **Pay Rate:** _The pay rate for this job is $19 - $19 / hour*_ **What you'll be doing as a Graphic Designer:** + Produce desktop publishing projects and create layouts/designs for print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, postcards, and reports + Create artwork, graphics, images, and content for publications and presentations + Work collaboratively to ensure projects are completed accurately and within deadlines + Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and other materials using computer applications and standard office equipment + Interact with students, staff, and the public while providing excellent customer service and support + Maintain project status reports and ensure critical deadlines are met + Present and propose design solutions to supervisors and department teams + Produce photography and video content according to project specifications + Use design software and technology to create website content, printed materials, and multimedia projects + Create videos, presentations, dashboards, graphs, and related materials + Monitor and update websites and coordinate projects across departments + Collaborate with departments such as Public Relations and Marketing on organization-wide projects + Perform other duties as assigned **Available shifts:** Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) **Job requirements:** + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, Art, or related field required; 1+ year of related experience preferred + Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro) + Experience with graphic design, desktop publishing, page layout, and video software preferred + Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment + Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team + Flexible and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills + Background check required **Ready to take control of the way you work?** Complete our application to join the PeopleReady team today. *Hourly pay rates are a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
