Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and producing marketing and business materials using Adobe Creative Cloud. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on-brand creative assets while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Design and produce marketing and business materials using Adobe Creative Cloud.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, on-brand creative assets.Adapt designs quickly based on feedback and evolving priorities.Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and visual consistency.

Essential Skills

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.Proven ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience supporting Commercial Real Estate (CRE), financial services, or similar professional services industries.Experience working in environments with frequent revisions and quick turnarounds.

Work Environment

This position requires working in the office for four days a week, with a preference for the San Jose office location. One day, Friday, is reserved for remote work from home. The work environment is fast-paced with frequent revisions and quick turnarounds.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Jose, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
