Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the Communications and Marketing team at Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual communications that support enterprise initiatives, public outreach, executive presentations, and project documentation.

 

This is a position for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities effectively, and collaborates seamlessly with communications professionals, technical staff, and leadership. They are adaptable and responsive, able to pivot quickly as priorities shift while maintaining accuracy and design integrity. A positive approach and customer-service mindset are essential, as this role requires working with diverse stakeholders and balancing evolving deadlines with professionalism and composure.

 

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop high-impact graphics, infographics, figures, and visual layouts for reports, presentations, and outreach materialsCreate and maintain branded documents and presentation templatesDevelop interactive PDFs and digital assetsProduce and edit photography and video content to support communications initiativesDesign information boards, displays, and visual materials for internal and external stakeholdersSupport multidisciplinary project teams with visual storytelling and technical documentationEnsure brand consistency and quality control across all materialsManage multiple assignments concurrently while meeting deadlines

 

 

Qualifications

Minimum

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field4 years of professional graphic design related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required, Premiere Pro and After Effects a plus)Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including template developmentExperience with desktop publishing and layout designExperience creating interactive PDFsFamiliarity with photography, photo editing, and video editingExperience with 3D renderings preferred

Preferred:

Knowledge and experience with AI programs and technologies helpfulProficient in organizational practices with a strong attention to detail.Ability to translate complex technical information into clear visual communicationsProficient in time management and task prioritization.Collaborative mindset with a professional, client-focused approachSkilled at communicating ideas both in writing and speaking
