Overall Job Function
The Graphic Designer will support the company’s full rebranding initiative, collaborating closely with web developer and the marketing team. This role will modernize the company’s website, redesign marketing materials, and help create a cohesive, elevated visual identity—aiming for a polished, high‑end aesthetic. Responsibilities include digital and print design, light photography, and visual content creation to strengthen brand consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with the web developer to redesign and refresh the company website, creating updated graphics, layout concepts, and visual assets.
• Update and elevate all marketing materials including brochures, pamphlets, one‑pagers, newsletters, and printed collateral.
• Develop cohesive design themes that modernize the brand’s look and feel across digital and print.
• Audit all existing marketing schemes and ensure visual consistency across platforms and materials.
• Produce graphics for website, digital ads, presentations, and other sales/marketing initiatives.
• Work cross‑functionally with the marketing team, product experts, and leadership to align visuals with messaging and brand direction.
• Support light photography needs, including capturing and editing basic product or lifestyle images.

Skills and Requirements
Requirements
• 3–5+ years of graphic design experience across digital and print formats
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and general digital design tools
• Experience designing marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, and printed materials
• Ability to collaborate with web developers and contribute graphics for website redesigns
• Strong understanding of layout, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Light photography and photo‑editing abilities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing and leadership teams
