Brand Custodianship & Visual Standards
Own day-to-day brand compliance for the resort and its outlets, ensuring all collateral reflects Anantara’s visual identity and luxury standards.Maintain an organised library of brand templates, property assets and fonts files - and production specifications for consistent use across the property.Advise stakeholders on best practice and escalate non-standard applications (e.g., special finishes, one-off projects) for approval where requiredAct as quality gatekeeper across all touchpoints - digital, print, signage and in-room - protecting the luxury aesthetic and attention to detail.Creative Design & Campaign Adaptation
Design, develop and refresh a wide range of materials including brochures, posters, menus, invitations, digital ads, social assets, signage and in-room collateral.Translate brand guidelines into seasonal activations, events and tactical campaigns - creating work that is both distinctive, yet unmistakably Anantara.Contribute creative ideas and moodboards; propose new visual solutions to enhance storytelling, guest engagement and brand memorability.Print, Packaging & Production Management
Prepare accurate print-ready artwork (e.g., bleeds, crops, dielines, colour profiles, spot colours) and manage pre-press checks to minimise errors.Oversee production of resort collateral and luxury packaging, recommending premium materials and finishes (e.g., embossing/debossing, foil, specialty papers) that align with brand standards and budget.Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify briefs, specifications, quantities and timelines; manage vendor communications, proofs and final sign-offs.Build and maintain a reliable supplier network (Bangkok/Koh Samui as relevant) for print, packaging and specialized production.Digital Asset Production & Luxury Advertising Readiness
Produce digital assets optimised for website, email/eDM, paid social and display formats, ensuring correct sizing, legibility and file optimisation.Demonstrate awareness of digital advertising principles (hierarchy, CTA clarity, mobile-first composition, A/B variants) while maintaining a luxury-first look and feel.Support light front-end needs where required (HTML5 and CSS3 for simple assets/edits), ensuring clean and brand-aligned output.Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Partner closely with F&B, Rooms, Spa, Sales & Events and Front Office to deliver timely design support that enhances guest experience and revenue objectives.Support Minor Hotels/central marketing initiatives as directed by the PR & Marketing Manager, adapting materials for local relevance and resort standards.Manage multiple priorities under tight timelines with clear communication, realistic time estimates and proactive follow-ups.Laser Engraving Programme Oversight (xTool Creative Space)
Own the creative and technical set-up for wood engraving and laser output using xTool Creative Space, ensuring consistent quality and brand standards.Develop and maintain approved templates, settings and materials guides for repeatable, high-quality output across common requests (e.g., bespoke signage, VIP/GMs’ requirements).Train, guide and support designated operational ‘champions’ who execute day-to-day engraving; implement a QC workflow for approvals, test runs and final checks.Coordinate installation and finishing requirements where needed, ensuring safe handling, accurate placement and a premium end result.Maintain basic operational standards (cleanliness, safe use guidelines, consumables planning) in collaboration with the champions and Engineering/Safety as required.Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay current with luxury design trends, design techniques, sustainability considerations for packaging/materials and evolving digital formats.Recommend improvements to templates, workflows and production approaches to increase efficiency, reduce waste and enhance quality.QualificationsProven experience as a Graphic Designer within luxury hospitality, premium lifestyle brands or an agency serving luxury clients (preferred).Fluency in Thai and English (required).Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom (required).Strong understanding of print and production: pre-press, proofing, dielines, colour management and premium finishing techniques.HTML5 and CSS3 proficiency for basic digital needs (required).Familiarity with luxury digital advertising formats and best practices (paid social, display, web and email assets).Video editing / motion skills are an advantage (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects), but not essential.Familiarity working with laser engraving/laser cutting workflows (required)Additional InformationPersonal Qualities:
