As a member of the Marketing Creative Services Hub, the Production Designer role supports Cushman & Wakefield sales professionals and marketing partners in the execution of a variety of marketing deliverables including property assets, sales collaterals, brochures, social graphics, proposals and presentations, property flyers and more. About the Role:Review project briefs to understand objectives, requirements, schedules, and follow up for clarifications.
Source, update, and manage marketing assets to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliverables.
Work within templates and design files to emphasize key messages, adhere to brand standards, and finalize outputs.
Maintain communication with coordinators and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deadlines are met.
Conduct quality checks and apply best practices in file management and production design.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
1–2+ years of production design experience with strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, detail orientation, and organizational ability.
Experience in graphics, marketing, or production environments; commercial real estate background is a plus.
