Job DescriptionEnd-to-end management of location-specific magazine design and layout processesDesign of wallpapers, posters, brochures, catalogs, magazines, roll-ups, banners, social media visuals, and other corporate materials used across the locationDevelopment of thematic visual sets for special days, events, and awareness campaignsCreation of key visuals, logos, icon sets, and event brandingPreparation of visuals for digital publications, intranet, display screens, and presentationsExecution of pre-print checks for all visuals, including dimensions, colors, resolution, and formatsCoordination with printing houses and suppliers, resolving potential issues and implementing feedback during the production processEnsuring all visual designs comply with Bosch Corporate Identity guidelinesSafeguarding brand standards across all printed and digital materialsMonitoring licensed image and font usage, and making necessary adjustmentsDevelopment of concept visuals for location-specific projects and eventsTimely preparation of all printed and digital visuals required for eventsProviding visual support for corporate social responsibility projects and special campaignsSystematic archiving of all deliverables and working filesQualificationsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)Expertise in layout, typography, and color theoryStrong knowledge of pre-print preparation and printing processesCreative mindset with the ability to follow and apply visual trendsExcellent time management, multitasking, and deadline adherence skillsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Advertising, or a related fieldPreferably prior experience in corporate or agency environmentsMinimum of 1 year of experience in print and digital design projects (including internships/part-time roles)Familiarity with Bosch Corporate Identity standardsProficiency in English, both written and spoken
