Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications - EMEA the Graphic Designer is responsible for translating the EMEA Commercial (Marketing/Sales/Service) strategies into compelling visual content and assets that support campaigns, product launches, brand activations, events, and digital presence. This role supports the entire EMEA marketing organization by delivering design solutions that elevate brand consistency, customer engagement, and communication clarity across all touchpoints.
This position is part of the Marketing Department - EMEA and will be hybrid or remote.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Designing engaging visuals and marketing assets including brochures, ads, infographics, social media visuals, digital banners, presentations, and event branding
Adapting global assets for regional use (language/local compliance and specificities), while maintaining brand consistency
Working closely with MarCom Managers, Local Marketing Managers, Event Manager and Global Marketing Team to deliver customized designs aligned with business needs
Managing asset updates and ensuring timely delivery
Collaborating with Global Creative Team when needed, while supporting quick-turn and localized design requests
Supporting brand development initiatives and digital visual identity projects
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic design, ideally in a B2B international marketing environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Canva)
Experience working with brand guidelines and adapting global content to local markets
Strong project and time management skills, with ability to handle multiple projects
