DOO Studio is BRP’s global internal content production studio. Composed of multidisciplinary experts, DOO Studio supports BRP’s portfolio of brands in the development of multi-channel content initiatives, handling creative development, production management, post-production, and digital activation.
DOO Studio is seeking an E-Commerce Graphic Designer to join our team! Reporting to the Content Adaptation Team Lead, you will be responsible for creating engaging multi-platform content tailored for E-Commerce, including email marketing, web, and social media. You will work closely with a team of project coordinators, internal and external creatives to optimize our services. Your role will be essential in driving efficiency and ensuring effective execution within our expanding department.
Your primary objective will be to produce graphics and content that enhance user experience for our customers, while adhering to best practices for each distribution channel. Ultimately, your work will drive traffic to our e-commerce sites and contribute to our overall brand success.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Produce captivating marketing graphics that inspire customers across various channels, including social media ads, web banners, e-commerce pages, and email marketing. Your goal is to motivate engagement, encourage action, and drive purchase.
- Translate project briefs into impactful creative concepts/assets for campaigns and daily e-commerce initiatives, aimed at engaging diverse audiences for our brands: Ski-Doo, Lynx, Sea-Doo, and Can-Am.
- Collaborate closely with an e-commerce copywriter in the creative process to design on-brand graphics that complement the written content effectively.
- Work efficiently in collaboration with the E-Commerce Project Lead and internal clients through the revision process and project deliverables.
- On major campaigns, contribute to shaping the creatives and designs by presenting innovative ideas and concepts that drive the creative process.
- Organize and archive produced content meticulously for easy access and efficient organization, following our established naming conventions.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- Fluency in French and English to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or unilingual English on a daily basis.
- A college diploma or university degree in Graphic Design.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma knowledge would be an asset.
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce (B2C) graphic design in agency or corporate environments.
- A proactive self-starter with a passion for design and a solid understanding of digital marketing throughout the e-commerce purchasing journey, along with the ability to recognize the impact of content at each stage (including email marketing, web, social media, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and branding, with a proven ability to adapt to different brand guidelines.
- Comfortable with UX/UI web language, CMS platforms, paid social media, e-commerce and HTML platforms.
- A willingness to learn and initiate best practices with a mindset of continuous improvement of the customer experience through content.
- A highly collaborative team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines while managing various project intakes.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work alongside other creatives (copywriting/translation) and build a strong relationship with the E-commerce Content Project Lead.
- Strong attention to detail, aiming to deliver quality content at all stages of a project, with an open mind to receive feedback and quickly adapt designs accordingly.
- Autonomous and capable of working independently with minimal oversight, while demonstrating strong time management skills to meet deadlines and effectively multitask in the creative process.
