**Description**
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for developing compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker, skilled in both digital and print design, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Design and produce a wide range of materials including logos, brochures, presentations, trade show displays, social media graphics, digital ads and signage..
+ Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including the communications, marketing and executive teams, to develop visual concepts that support campaigns and initiatives.
+ Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and adhere to established brand guidelines.
+ Prepare final artwork for production, including print-ready files and digital assets.
+ Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
+ Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas and innovation.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred).
+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint; knowledge of Canva is a plus.
+ Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
+ Excellent communication and time management skills.
+ Ability to take feedback constructively and apply revisions effectively.
