**General Summary:**
Qualcomm’s Creative Studio team is looking for a senior graphic designer with a proven track record of creating compelling, original concepts and visual strategies that advance brands and achieve business objectives. We need a creative problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering innovative design solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a high-stakes, high-pressure environment and is capable of independently managing and executing a wide range of design projects, from initial briefs to final delivery. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet or exceed client expectations and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

**JOB SUMMARY:**
Lead creative projects from concept development to final delivery, working closely with the creative director, project managers and stakeholders. Manage designers and other project team members to meet task deliverables on time and on target as you drive projects forward.
The senior graphic designer will generate and develop innovative and visually compelling design concepts that align with brand identity and business goals. They will independently manage and execute a wide range of design projects, from initial briefs to final delivery, ensuring high-quality and on-time completion, in close collaboration with studio manager, project managers and creative director, to understand project requirements and scope.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Concept and Project Execution: Generate innovative design concepts that align with standards and elevate the design expression of the brands. Independently manage and create a wide range of design projects from initial briefs to final delivery, ensuring high quality and timely completion.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project manager to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and present design solutions, ensuring designs meet or exceed expectations and drive our visual strategy forward.
Workflow Optimization: Contribute to the improvement of design processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. Stay current with design trends and technologies and incorporate them into your work to keep our designs fresh and relevant.
Asset Creation: Design and produce a variety of visual assets, including but not limited to, digital graphics, print materials, presentations, and social media content, maintaining high standards of design excellence and consistency across all projects, ensuring that all design work adheres to brand guidelines and helps to strengthen brand identity.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Advanced communications in English
+ 10+ years of professional experience in a creative studio or advertising agency, including roles as art director or senior graphic designer.
+ Experience in or with the tech industry, particularly in mobile, automotive, XR, compute, and IoT extremely preferred.
Creative expertise: Proven ability to create high-quality, strategic, visually compelling designs for a wide gamut of applications. Hands-on designer experience in motion/3D work highly desired. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. A portfolio review and discussion will be part of the interview process.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Self-Motivated problem solver: Proactive and driven, with the ability to take initiative and manage projects independently. Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and creative challenges and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
Technical Skills:
+ Full mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma).
+ Strong experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word)
+ Experience with Adobe Workfront (preferred), or other project management and review software/systems
Additional skills:
+ Proficiency in 3D motion software a plus (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
+ Experience with advanced animation techniques and compositing.
+ PowerPoint or Keynote proficiency
