Job DescriptionWe are looking for passionate architects and graphic designers who are driven, proactive, and eager to contribute to a highly dynamic team. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture, urban design, interior design, graphic design, visual communications, or an equivalent qualification.
Students in their final year may still apply for entry-level roles, but this position is intended for individuals with relevant professional experience.
As a Graphic Design Specialist II, you will play an integral role in our growing multidisciplinary design team, which works on a wide variety of global projects. In this position, you’ll be expected to coordinate multiple design initiatives simultaneously, support and guide junior designers, and take full ownership of projects from the concept phase through to final delivery.
Our architectural group is looking for talented professionals ready to contribute to projects that span the entire design lifecycle—from concept to construction—supported by technical expertise and collaborative workflows, including BIM integration.
You will be required to:
Coordinate and oversee multiple graphic design projects to ensure timely, high-quality deliveryGuide and support junior designers, providing mentorship and design directionTake ownership of design projects from conceptualization through to completionCollaborate closely with project managers to align design goals with broader project objectivesCreate and edit compelling visual content across a variety of formatsExecute a wide range of graphic design and multimedia tasksDesign and produce marketing and communication materials for both print and digital platformsManage document layout, desktop publishing, digital printing, and graphic design tasksDevelop templates and layouts for documents, posters, presentations, banners, and other media—always in alignment with company branding and design standardsWork in close collaboration with both local and international teams to ensure successful project outcomesCompany Description

Candidates must have:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishA passion for precision, problem-solving, and creative detailProficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere)Excellent attention to detail with a sharp eye for visual design and aestheticsPreferred qualifications and skills:
Knowledge of 3D Max/Unreal and rendering tools such as Vray/Enscape is an advantageFamiliarity with advanced design tools like Grasshopper, Dynamo, or scripting languagesAbility to work independently and deliver within established timelines and with high accuracyA collaborative spirit and strong commitment to teamwork in a dynamic, evolving environment, supporting international clientsAdditional InformationAbout AECOM
