Graphic Design & Production Specialist
Do you love turning creative ideas into professional, press-ready marketing materials that deliver real business impact? Our client, a respected company in the real estate and property management sector, is seeking a Marketing Designer to join their team in downtown Halifax.

This is in-office position where you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality marketing materials that support leasing, sales, and guest engagement across a diverse portfolio. From signage and print campaigns to digital ads and social content, you’ll carry projects from concept through production with technical precision and creative flair.

Marketing Designer Responsibilities: Design and produce visual assets for both print and digital platforms (ads, brochures, signage, presentations, event materials, social graphics, websites). Prepare press-ready and production-ready files with accurate specs. Manage signage and wayfinding projects from layouts to vendor quotes and final installation. Ensure consistent brand identity across all campaigns. Create digital assets for email, social media, Google Ads, and websites. Maintain and update websites using CMS tools. Support photography, video editing, and short-form content creation. Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to align design projects with business goals. Manage production schedules, vendor relationships, and project budgets. Track and report on creative performance to improve results.
Marketing Designer Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on graphic design and production experience (agency, in-house, or freelance). Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Knowledge of prepress and print production processes. Strong design eye and attention to detail in layouts, typography, and branding. Familiarity with CMS platforms, email marketing, and digital ad platforms (Meta, Google). Experience in property management, hospitality, or real estate marketing is highly preferred. Bonus: Photography, video editing, or motion graphics skills. Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
