PURPOSE
The purpose of this very intensive and specialized 18-24 month programme is to attract and retain high potential Namibian graduates that will be employed in entry level single-dependency professional roles where skills are generally
not available internally or externally. The Graduate Trainees are specifically developed to take over an identified critical or specialist position in future.


QUALIFICATIONS

Quants or CFA or Data Scientist

Investigation or ACFE or Data Analyst

Relevant studies in Climate risk

Accounting

Bcom (Industrial Psychology)

Bcom (Artificial Intelligence, Process/Machine Engineering

Bcom (Process Engineering, Digital Transformation)

Bcom (Statistics or Mathematics)

Bcomm Finance or Economics (Hon)

Finance or Economics (Hon)

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
• Namibian Citizen
• Recognized Post Graduate Tertiary qualification minimum final year average of 65%
