Join us. **Job Description** **_This opportunity is part of AECOM’s Fursa Program and open exclusively to UAE Nationals holding a valid family book._** **Join AECOM's Graduate Program!** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Graduate Site Engineer** to join our Abu Dhabi team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the delivery of infrastructure and construction projects, working alongside industry experts in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will support site supervision, quality control, and project coordination, contributing to the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions. **Key Responsibilities** + Learn the day-to-day supervision and monitoring of construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. + Support the preparation and review of technical documentation, reports, and site records. + Collaborate with senior engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. + Conduct inspections and report on progress, safety, and quality issues. + Assist in resolving on-site technical challenges under the guidance of senior engineers. + Participate in regular site meetings and provide input on construction progress and potential improvements. + Ensure compliance with AECOM’s health, safety, and environmental policies. + Participate in quality control processes and ensure adherence to safety regulations **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements** + Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management, or a related discipline. + Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program. + Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above. + Strong academic performance and a keen interest in site-based engineering work. + Basic understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management. + Available to start September 2025. + **As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labour law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.** **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
