Job Description

The Graduate Specialist Program – Supply Chain is a full-time rotational development program designed for high-potential graduates who aspire to grow into future operational and business leaders within HydraForce, a Bosch company. Over the duration of the program, you will complete four strategically designed rotations that provide broad exposure across supply chain and logistics functions. This immersive experience builds operational excellence, analytical capability, and cross-functional business insight — preparing you for a challenging specialist or project leadership role within Supply Chain upon successful completion.

Structured Rotations

Four personalized rotations, including one at another Bosch facility within the U.S.Exposure to key supply chain functions such as:Logistics PlanningProcurementPhysical LogisticsLogistics ControllingInsight into end-to-end supply chain processes — from supplier management through production support and customer delivery

Responsibilities During the Program

As a Graduate Specialist – Supply Chain, you will:

Support planning and execution of logistics and procurement activitiesAnalyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesAssist in supplier coordination and performance trackingContribute to inventory optimization and material flow improvementsParticipate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiencySupport implementation of digital tools and process automation initiativesDrive continuous improvement projects aligned with cost, quality, and delivery objectivesDemonstrate increasing ownership, accountability, and leadership within project teams

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics (minor in Data Analytics preferred)Current graduating senior or under 2 years out of collegeMinimum GPA of 3.5Master’s degree preferred

Experience

Internship or early-career experience within Supply Chain or LogisticsExposure to manufacturing or industrial environments preferred

This position operates primarily in a professional office setting. The noise level in the work environment ranges from quiet to moderate.
