Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Site Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This position is specifically for UAE nationals (إماراتيين) with a valid national certification (خلاصة القيد). As a Graduate Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supervising construction projects, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety standards on-site.

Assist in overseeing daily construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specificationsCollaborate with senior engineers and project managers to monitor project progress and timelinesConduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed records of construction activitiesParticipate in quality control processes and ensure adherence to safety regulationsReview and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsAssist in preparing progress reports and maintaining project documentationCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders on-siteSupport the implementation of engineering solutions to address on-site challengesContribute to the development and execution of project schedulesAttend site meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldValid UAE national certification (خلاصة القيد)Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and RevitFamiliarity with project management tools and techniquesStrong understanding of construction safety regulations and quality control processesAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesEffective communication skills in both English and ArabicWillingness to work on-site in various weather conditionsInternships or co-op experiences in construction or engineering fields are preferredKnowledge of the local construction industry and regulations is a plus
