Expect excellent training, and the opportunity to learn from some of the most inspiring Managers and Engineers in the industry! **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + The programme has been designed to offer the skills and knowledge you need to immediately add value and contribute to meeting the needs of our premier clients. The program will commence with an initial **six-week technology boot camp** in **the European Engineering Hub in Cluj, Romania** , which will provide you with a **solid technical foundation** across a range of Emerson products and services. + Within the programme, you will work within our Services Group, collaborating with experienced Engineers, where you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of functions that we provide, including; + Applications Support (Upgrades, Enhancements); + System Maintenance activities; + Cyber security assessments; + Resident Engineering (Commissioning support, Front Line Support); + And System Administration. + You’ll build a broad knowledge base and hone your skills through the immersive ‘Global Leaning Centre’ e-learning that is built around your needs, specialised Life Sciences orientation, combined with exposure to product/ systems specialists. Outside of your day-to-day you will have the opportunity to get involved in employee- led initiatives and activities to drive collaboration and innovation too. Upon completion of the program, you will transition into the role of an Engineer.
