Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey with us as a Graduate Project Coordinator in our Graduate Program. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in pre-contract project delivery, supporting architectural design projects while following predictive project management methodologies. You will receive training to excel in the following areas:

 

Providing day-to-day assistance to Senior Project Managers in project deliveryAssisting in proposal preparation and tender submission proceduresCoordinating and collaborating with the Design TeamDeveloping and managing project execution plans, organization charts, and status reportsWorking closely and effectively with clients and internal project teamsManaging daily program activities throughout the project life cycleDefining program governance and controlsPlanning and monitoring the overall program progressManaging the program's budgetIdentifying and addressing risks and issuesCoordinating projects and their interdependenciesOptimizing resource utilization across projectsManaging stakeholder communicationAligning project deliverables with program outcomes in collaboration with the business change managerOverseeing main program documentation such as the program initiation document
