SUSTAINABILITY PERFORMANCE & REPORTING ANALYST - GRADUATE PROGRAM (M/F)

Fixed-term contract (12 to 15 months)

Job Description

You are looking for a new challenge within a human-sized, dynamic, and rapidly evolving organization. As part of our industrial activities, we are currently seeking:

 

SUSTAINABILITY PERFORMANCE & REPORTING ANALYST - GRADUATE PROGRAM (M/F)

 

Fixed-term contract (12 to 15 months)

Position based in Saint Maurice

 

Context:

In a context where environmental performance is becoming a major strategic issue, our Water Tech Sustainability Center of Excellence is being structured and strengthened to support our transformation. By joining our team at this key moment, you will actively participate in the development and deployment of our environmental reporting processes.

Reporting to the Life Cycle Assessment and Digital Transformation Manager, you will work alongside regional and global Sustainability experts in a stimulating international environment. You will have the unique opportunity to help shape the future of our environmental reporting and grow with a rapidly developing team.

In this pioneering role, you will actively contribute to transforming our environmental performance by leading the collection, analysis, and visualization of sustainability data on a global scale.

 

Missions:

Environmental reporting: Lead the collection and analysis of water and GHG emissions data (Scope 1, 2 & 3). Your thoroughness and ability to structure information will ensure data reliability and compliance with international standards.

 

Analysis and visualization: Highlight data using your analytical skills and mastery of BI tools (Power BI). Your ability to make sense of numbers will be essential in creating impactful dashboards.

 

Digitalization and methodology: Design and deploy automated data collection processes. Your organizational skills and methodical mindset will help optimize data architecture and management.

 

Communication and engagement: Engage international stakeholders thanks to your interpersonal skills. Your perseverance and teaching abilities will be key to obtaining necessary information and training teams.

 

Occasional travel in Europe as part of the Graduate Program and in France as part of the position.

Qualifications

This position is for you if you:

Have graduated from an engineering school or hold a Master's degree (Bac+5) in environmental sciences

Have a genuine sensitivity to environmental issues combined with an interest in data analysis

Are fully proficient in professional English (100% English-speaking environment)

Have initial experience (internship/work-study) related to sustainability and data processing

Are known for your thoroughness and ability to work independently

Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade

Contract type: Fixed-term contract (12 to 15 months), starting between July and September 2025

Maximum of 2 days of remote work per week

 

Compensation:

Annual gross fixed salary over 13.5 months

Variable component

Maximum of 2 days of remote work per week

Profit-sharing scheme

100% coverage of public transportation costs
