Job Description:

   

Joining HPE in a graduate role is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive individual to grow with us and help us drive our continued success globally. You’ll be part of our Graduate Program in which you can define, manage, and evaluate business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives and develop data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value.

Start Date: September 2026

Location : Istanbul, Turkey

Mandatory Requirements: Graduated from a university within the last 12 months from start-date on, full-time availability for 1 year, Turkish & English on an advanced professional level

What you’ll do :  

During the 1 year HPE Graduate Program, you will :

Partner closely with our field sales teams, channel partners and/or end customers to move sales opportunities to closure

Play a fundamental role in our continued growth by setting and developing sales strategy and relationships for your assigned accounts, territory, or industry area

Cover all activities from preparation of offers, pricing, contract management and conclusion, up to roll-out management as part of the project management and professional escalation management

Be our extended sales force to cover sub-accounts of the assigned major accounts to extend our market coverage

Develop new sales activities, campaigns to develop an incremental funnel

What you’ll need:  

To have completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in either 2025 or 2026 with a focus in engineering, business management, economics or similar

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish

Experience or a proven interest in sales in combination with a high interest in technology

Strong interpersonal, presentation and planning skills

Excellent at building relationships at all levels and having solution-focused discussions
