What You'll Do:
Design and implement algorithms based on customer data to create industry-leading full value chain data products.Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to support AI and digitization initiatives.Communicate and understand global business requirements, and assist in the design of demand solutions related to data mining.Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.Support the development and evaluation of machine learning models by preparing and analyzing training data.Monitor data quality and integrity, and implement data governance best practices; assist in the design and implementation of data pipelines and data infrastructure improvements.Possess innovative capabilities to drive business transformation through technological means and enhance business efficiency.Maintain, upgrade, and develop self-owned apps using C#, Vue.Net, HTML/CSS, VBA, or Python; Collaborate on Data Mart and PBI Visualization enhancements with regional teams worldwide.Explore and enhance low-code/no-code digital tools (RPA+LLM AI) in collaboration with citizen developers in business teams.Stay up-to-date with industry trends in AI, data analytics, and digital transformation.
Requirements:
Up to 3 years of experience data analysis - this position is suitable for fresh graduates.Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in handling large-scale structured and unstructured data.Ability to monitor and improve model performance.Up-to-date knowledge of AI, machine learning, and logistics technologies.
