Graduate Operations Technology Engineer

Join our Engineering team and help us connect the factory floor to the future. We integrate physical manufacturing equipment with cutting-edge digital systems to create robust, secure, and efficient production environments.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support and optimize industrial automation, control systems, and digital operations technologies—keeping our manufacturing running smoothly and securely.

Let's Talk About the Role:

Assist in implementing and supporting manufacturing control systems (PLCs, SCADA, MES).

Troubleshoot OT-related technical issues to maintain uptime and reliability.

Follow established OH&S and OT cybersecurity guidelines.

Support the introduction and maintenance of OT infrastructure, including industrial networks and system interfaces.

Participate in validation and documentation of system changes to meet compliance and regulatory standards.

Contribute to quality and efficiency improvements through digitization and process automation projects.

Apply engineering principles to troubleshoot and optimize integrated IT/OT systems.

Collaborate with Manufacturing, IT, Quality, and Product teams on secure, scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities May Include:

Performing routine technical activities related to OT infrastructure, systems, and projects (early in career).

Supporting project execution and delivery under the guidance of senior team members.

Participating in the development of solutions that align with our digital transformation goals.

Building strong working relationships internally to exchange technical and process information.

Receiving mentorship from senior engineers and project leads to accelerate your learning.

Let's Talk About You:

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer, Industrial, Systems) or related discipline.

Foundational understanding of manufacturing systems and industrial technology platforms.

Ability to follow standard practices and apply basic theories to troubleshoot technical issues.

Demonstrated interest in operational systems, controls, or manufacturing automation.

Preferred

Exposure to PLCs, SCADA, or MES systems through academic projects or internships.

Understanding of industrial networking or protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC-UA, Ethernet/IP).

Interest in cybersecurity, smart factories, or OT/IT integration initiatives.
