Joining Stantec as a graduate will see you working collaboratively with your team and wider cohort. You'll gain expertise in environmental planning and sustainability, while also developing awareness of our broader service offerings. You'll contribute to various projects, from planning appraisals and pre-application management to environmental, social, and economic impact assessments. Additionally, you'll help develop sustainability strategies and reports, promote development proposals, and assist project managers in delivering projects on time and within budget. This role also involves research, site appraisals, planning documents, application submissions and negotiations, policy representations, planning appeal assistance, and building your professional network both internally and externally.
