Position Summary:
A Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) is an entry-level position for recent engineering graduates. GETs undergo extensive training and hands-on experience to develop technical, analytical, and professional skills within the organization.
This role serves as a launchpad into specialized engineering streams, with active mentorship from senior engineers.
Work You will Do:
1. Technical Support & Project Participation
Assist in the planning, development, and execution of engineering projects under supervision.Complete all tasks and assignments set by senior engineers and project leads.Shadow experienced staff, ask questions, and actively participate in project meetings and training sessions.Perform basic engineering calculations, create diagrams, and document technical data.Support on-site work, equipment testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting as required.Conduct research, compile reports, and present findings to supervisors.2. Attend various workshops and training programs to enhance technical and soft skills.Observe and apply health, safety, and quality standards in all assigned work.3. Collaboration

This role will be part of an IT team consisting of 8 members, responsible for supporting the business operations through the SFDC / CPQ system.
Basic Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering in Computer / Information Technology
