Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer to join our team!

In this role, you will begin your professional journey within a new PMO supporting major highways and infrastructure projects in Riyadh City, KSA.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide support to senior engineers and project controls staff in monitoring schedules, budgets, and progress across infrastructure projects.Assist in reviewing engineering documents and scopes of work under guidance, ensuring compliance with project standards and requirements.Contribute to cost control activities by collecting project cost data, helping prepare cost summaries, and maintaining records for tracking budgets and expenditures.Support with developing basic cash flow updates and forecasts under supervision, gaining exposure to cost and financial monitoring practices.Assist in the preparation of reporting and data updates to support senior staff in communicating project status.Participate in technical and progress meetings to learn project processes and contribute where appropriate.Demonstrate enthusiasm, flexibility, and a willingness to learn across multiple project functions.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred, but not mandatory).0–2 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure or related projects (internships and training will be considered).Strong willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a large-scale program environment.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Knowledge of project controls tools (Primavera P6, Power BI, cost systems) is an advantage but not required.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Saudi Nationals only.
