**Job Description**
**We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Civil Engineer** to join our dynamic team in **Riyadh, Saudi Arabia** . This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to launch their career in civil engineering and contribute to innovative infrastructure and construction projects in a collaborative environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in performing engineering design tasks under the supervision of senior engineers
+ Prepare detailed designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, and working drawings for civil engineering projects
+ Collect and analyze site and project data to support planning and decision-making
+ Utilize engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar) to solve problems and enhance designs
+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, innovative solutions for complex civil works
+ Participate in site visits and fieldwork to gather critical project information and gain hands-on experience
+ Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, documentation, and client presentations
+ Support project management activities by tracking progress, budgets, and schedules
+ Stay informed on industry trends, building codes, safety standards, and engineering regulations
+ Assist in developing and implementing quality control and assurance procedures on active projects
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
+ Strong foundation in engineering design principles and practices
+ Exposure to civil engineering software, including AutoCAD and STAAD.Pro
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
+ Ability to create accurate designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, and working drawings
+ Strong data collection and analysis capabilities
+ Effective time management skills to work within agreed-upon budgets and schedules
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
+ Innovative mindset and eagerness to learn and apply new technologies
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
+ Willingness to participate in field work and site visits as required
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites (preferred)
