About the Programme
Advanced Operations (AO) is Stryker’s global function specializing in New Product Introductions (NPI) across all divisions. The AOGEDP is a 20-month structured development programme designed to build your technical, professional, and leadership capabilities through:
Rotational assignments across engineering functionsExposure to cutting-edge technologies including additive manufacturing, robotics, and advanced automationCollaboration with global teams in Product Development, Quality Assurance, and OperationsYou’ll be part of a high-performing, innovative team that supports the successful launch of new products and technologies across Stryker’s nine divisions.
Key Responsibilities During Rotations
Contribute to cross-functional project teamsCollaborate with design teams to develop innovative product conceptsInvestigate, design, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologiesSupport process handover from development to productionWork closely with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering teamsProvide process validation support internally and with external vendorsHands-on machine programming and prototypingApply Design for Manufacturing principlesDevelop and qualify new test equipment and methodsParticipate in technical and professional development trainingWhat We’re Looking For
