Responsibilities:
· Assists with testing, implementing and enforcement of manufacturing and quality IT standards and alignment with the global Kautex IT organization and processes
· Work with leaders within IT to develop and maintain quality systems and processes
· IT Tickets: Manage tickets and work with customers to remediate issues or implement requests within Kautex’s ticketing system (ServiceNow)
· Run and Maintain activities within the IT MFG team: quality systems (BCAQ, QDAS, Calvin, etc.), EAM, PowerApps
· Help to protect the enterprise by ensuring the IT solutions conform to all governance and security requirements including training of non-IT personas
· Evaluating and recommending necessary changes in performance from a variety of systems
· Execute technology solutions successfully with minimal downtime or disruptions
· Produce and review documentation such as method statements and procedural documents
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables
· Work with MFG team and business to identify requirements and develop tailored solutions
Experience:
· Exposure to Operating System: Windows, Linux / Unix
· Exposure to DB Administration: Oracle, SQL is a plus
· Incident management awareness and problem-solving skills
· End User Support / Troubleshooting is a plus
· Good communication, customer oriented, team player (fluent English both in oral and writing)

Bachelors Degreein Computer Science or equivalent
