Graduate Demo & Tech Lead

We are looking for a dedicated and organized recent Graduate to join the Customer Welcome Center (CWC) team in Barcelona as a Demo & Tech Lead, whose mission would be ensuring customer demonstrations and briefings are running flawlessly. You’ll partner closely with the CWC team to deliver smooth, high‑impact sessions for customers, prepare AV setups, ensure content is always current and co-maintain our technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Own briefing readiness: Set up AV systems (Teams/Zoom/others), microphones, and presentations; perform slide checks and verify end‑to‑end AV readiness before every session.Front‑of‑room support: Be the first technical contact during briefings; troubleshoot live issues and escalate to IT through the defined path when needed.Welcome & branding assets: Create and personalize welcome screen/templates in line with guidance from the Customer Experience Lead.Digital touchpoints: Own the showcase’s digital touchpoint(s) —upload new content and keep all assets current and accurate.Content implementation: Publish and implement new showcase content based on inputs from Solutions and/or Customer Experience Leads.Inventory & product lifecycle: Add new products to the showcase, update inventory tools, remove EOL items, and coordinate replacements in alignment with the team.Documentation: Maintain clear, up‑to‑date runbooks for troubleshooting, accounts, processes, and setup checklists.Customer tours & events: Support the team with tours and events as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Technical fields and/or Audiovisual. Sound knowledge on network.Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships related to the job content would be a plus.Proficient level of English and Spanish. An additional European language would be a plus.

Qualifications

Resourcefulness and a troubleshooting mindset.Discipline in organization of assets, tickets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
