As a Graduate CX Project Manager at Sage, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer journey across the Finance and ERP Division. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with teams from marketing, product development, operations, and IT to ensure seamless execution of customer experience improvement projects. Your mission will be to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with a focus on customer-centric outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥? To be eligible, you’ll need to be a Graduate, but we’re open to different degree disciplines. The following skills will also help you thrive in role, • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Data driven, able to use data to provide insights. • Understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Six Sigma). • Effective communication and presentation skills. • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. • Optimistic approach to problem-solving and a passion for learning. • Ideally, you’ll have proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana). In this role you will be working in our Ponce City Market, Atlanta Office. We offer hybrid working with a minumum of 3 days in the office per week. Application Process: 1.
