Graduate Customer Experience Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated and organized recent Graduate to join the Customer Welcome Center team in Barcelona as a Customer Experience Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and world-class experience for all visitors to our center. This role involves managing customer logistics and providing a 5-star hospitality experience to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interaction, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This position is Onsite as the Customer Welcome Center in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling Management: Oversee the center’s scheduling activities, including assigning owners, booking resources, and effectively communicating with requestors to ensure smooth operations.Hospitality and Visitor Experience: Welcome and greet customers, partners, and influencers upon arrival, ensuring they are comfortable and well-attended to prior to their briefings.Assist the Customer Experience Lead team with event planning and execution as required.Customer Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with local facilities, catering companies and security teams to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors. Deliver a world-class experience by setting up rooms, creating welcome packs, printing labels for events, and gathering visitor feedback.Inventory Management: Conduct regular physical inventory checks at the center and update inventory records in the inventory management tool.

Requirements

Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Communications, or related field completed in the last year.Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships related to the job content would be a plus.Proficient level of English and Spanish. An additional European language would be a plus.

Qualifications

Superb organizational and event management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
