We are seeking a motivated Graduate Asset JV Analyst to join our Asset JV Team at TotalEnergies EP Malaysia. This entry-level role offers exposure to multi-asset portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory compliance, supporting the governance and performance of key joint ventures.

Your Impact

As a key contributor to the Asset JV Team, you will:

Coordinate stakeholder engagement for regulatory compliance and JV alignment (TCM, MCM, SOCM).Assist in preparing presentations and reports for committee meetings and headquarters submissions.Support cost tracking, AFE documentation, and Year-End Reporting package preparation.Gather and consolidate inputs for AMIR (Asset Management Integrated Review) to ensure timely delivery.Maintain structured documentation for financial and operational updates.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across JV governance processes. What We Are Looking For

A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related fields.0 to 2 years of experience in asset management, finance, or coordination roles (fresh graduates are welcome).Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of financial reporting and stakeholder management.Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
