**Job Description**
We are seeking a motivated Graduate Architect to join our Buildings & Places team, supporting the design and delivery of high‑quality architectural and built‑environment projects. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to grow their technical, creative, and project coordination skills. You will work alongside experienced architects, engineers, and designers to contribute to concept development, detailed documentation, and site‑based activities, helping ensure our design intent is delivered with accuracy and quality. This role offers hands‑on learning, exposure to multidisciplinary workflows, and the opportunity to build a strong foundation for your architectural career.
This role is a part of our 24-months Advance graduate program. Your journey from graduate to future leader will be supported through structured learning programs and one-on-one mentoring with industry experts, equipping you with the tools to make a lasting impact on our organization and the nation.
As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation and in accordance with UAE labour law, only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
**Job Summary**
+ Support the preparation of architectural drawings, models, and technical documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
+ Assist in site reviews, field observations, and coordination to ensure constructed work aligns with design intent and project specifications.
+ Contribute to design studies, research, material selection, and documentation for planning and construction stages.
+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including engineering, sustainability, planning, and technical disciplines—to support coordinated project delivery.
+ Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and quality checks to support learning and ensure accuracy in deliverables.
+ Maintain organized documentation, track tasks, and support project workflows in alignment with team processes and deadlines.
**Qualifications**
+ UAE National with a Family Book (mandatory under Emiratisation requirements).
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
+ Foundational proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and graphic/visualization tools such as Adobe Creative Suite; exposure to BIM workflows is advantageous.
+ Understanding of architectural principles, building systems, construction materials, and design coordination workflows.
+ Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
+ Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage tasks under guidance and contribute to technical accuracy.
+ Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
+ A proactive learner with curiosity and enthusiasm for developing both technical and design capabilities.
