**Description** Tradesmen International is looking for an experienced Grader Operator to join our team. This job is located in Vancouver – Lower Mainland, BC. Paying $35–$40 per hour. Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. **Requirements** **Job Scope:** + Operating motor graders to perform fine grading, shaping, and leveling of road surfaces + Reading and interpreting grade stakes and construction plans to maintain accurate slope and elevation + Working closely with site supervisors and surveyors to achieve project specifications + Conducting pre-operational inspections and performing routine maintenance as needed + Maintaining safety, productivity, and efficiency on-site at all times **Requirements:** + Minimum 2 years of experience operating motor graders in road construction or civil projects + Strong knowledge of grading techniques, slopes, and finish work + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and laser levels + Physically fit and capable of working long hours in various weather conditions + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation + Safety-focused, reliable, and able to work well in a team environment **Company Details** **Benefits** In addition to consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
