The Liquidity Product Team in GPS is responsible for managing over $550B of corporate and commercial deposits across ~40 different currencies. The team covers deposit strategy, deposit pricing, deposit appetite, product development and product management - including investment sweeps, zero balance accounts, physical cash concentration, deposit account management and multi-currency notional pooling. The team also supports large/complex liquidity deals, drives liquidity thought leadership, analyzes the impact of monetary policy on wholesale banking and leads the GPS response to regulatory changes/inquiries. The Liquidity Product Management team is responsible for managing a core set of Liquidity Products as well as developing new products and capabilities in the Liquidity Product space. The team seeks to empower and enable the organization through data enablement and product development while managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation of new capabilities, creating a global product vision with corresponding Product roadmaps. We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of Restricted Deposit Accounts within our Deposit Account Management team. These include Blocked Accounts, Collateral Accounts, segregated funds (client monies), Debtor-in-Possession (DIP) Accounts, and other account types requiring legal or operational restrictions. This individual will be responsible for defining and managing product strategy, controls, and infrastructure to support these specialized account types. The Product Manager will partner closely with Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Sales teams to ensure the bank maintains a robust and scalable restricted account offering aligned with regulatory and client needs. Key Responsibilities - Product Ownership: Serve as the product owner for all restricted deposit account types, defining the strategic roadmap and ensuring operational readiness across platforms and teams. - Account Taxonomy & Identification: Lead initiatives to define, standardize, and maintain data attributes for proper classification and visibility of restricted account types across systems. - Control Framework: Design and maintain product-level controls, in partnership with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Audit, to ensure accounts meet legal, regulatory, and operational requirements. - Sales & Service Enablement: Create product documentation, sales materials, and training to ensure front-line teams understand use cases, restrictions, and onboarding requirements. - Product Documentation: Own and maintain product process, procedures, guides, and client-facing disclosures for restricted deposit accounts. - Analytics & Reporting: Establish reporting frameworks and metrics to monitor account activity, adherence to controls, and exposure levels by account type. - Client Experience & Risk Balance: Balance commercial objectives with risk, control, and operational considerations to deliver a safe, scalable, and client-friendly product offering. **Required Skills:** - Experience in product management or deposit account oversight within transaction banking or treasury services - Ability to breakdown problems, develop collaborative solutions, and drive results - Experience developing and maintaining product policies, controls, and procedures - Experience delivering and leading cross functional projects - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex regulatory or operational concepts for broad audiences - Intellectual curiousity and problem solving skills - Must think strategically and make sound judgment calls - Collaborative working habits - Comfortable interacting with senior colleagues - Understanding of Treasury Management (Global Payments Solutions) business - Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to support analytical and presentation needs. **Desired Skills:** - Understanding of specialized deposit accounts including blocked, collateralized, escrow, or legally restricted account types - Familiarity with regulatory and legal frameworks - Experience supporting sales enablement and internal training efforts. - Strong analytical and project management skills, with experience leading product initiatives from concept to execution. - Knowledge of large corporate or institutional client needs within cash management or liquidity products. **Shift:** 1st shift (United States of America) **Hours Per Week:** 40 Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
