GPS CRM Data Manager

Work You'll Do As the GPS CRM Data Manager, you will collaborate with GPS Executive and Sector Leadership, National, Industry, FSS, and Regional Super Users/Information Managers, along with various stakeholder organizations, including Finance and Contracts. Your primary responsibility will be to advance the use of our CRM as a business management, reporting, and forecasting tool. + Analyze Sales and Pipeline Data: Utilize statistical and analytical tools to interpret sales and pipeline data sets, identifying valuable trends and patterns for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts. + Prepare Comprehensive Reports: Create detailed reports for stakeholders, effectively communicating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. + Data Extraction and Organization: Extract data from primary and secondary sources, reorganizing it into a format that is easily readable by humans or machines. + Design Decision-Making Dashboards: Conceptualize and design dashboards that support business decision-making processes. + Manage Win/Loss Program: Analyze data and client debriefs to determine the root causes of wins and losses, identifying lessons learned. Qualifications Required: + 8+ years of relevant work experience in the Federal acquisition lifecycle + 6+ years of experience in data analysis, predictive analytics, developing conclusions, and developing actionable business recommendations + 6+ years of experience using data management and visualization tools such as Excel (advanced analytical skills), Macros, and PowerPoint + Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field + Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) + Ability to travel up to 25% based on the work you do and the clients and sectors you serve + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: + Master's degree in Business Management, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field + Knowledge of FAR and experience with acquisition strategies within a federal government environment, supporting various contract types + Proficiency in coding languages such as Python or R for data and predictive analysis and automation tasks + Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView is beneficial + Familiarity with querying using VBA involving multiple tables and subqueries The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000-$191,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
