If so, let's start the conversation. **Job Summary** Iron Mountain is seeking an **experienced** **Black Belt** to join our **Global Process Owner (GPO) team** . In this critical role, you will be responsible for **leading end-to-end process transformation across Iron Mountain's global operations** , ensuring we create a globally integrated set of processes that deliver outstanding results and exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of the Enterprise Excellence team, you will lead a portfolio of high-impact improvement projects, aligning operational optimization with the strategic priorities of Iron Mountain. **What You'll Do** In this role, you will: + **Strategic Transformation & Standardization:** Identify, standardize, and automate high-impact processes across Global Business Services (GBS), leveraging best practices to create a cohesive, unified approach to operational excellence and customer experience. + **Operational Excellence & Portfolio Management:** Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to lead a portfolio of complex improvement projects, driving tangible cost savings and process efficiencies while conducting root cause analysis and deploying process control techniques + **Collaborative Leadership & Change Enablement:** Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners and cross-functional teams to drive enhancements and align process improvements with broader business goals, coaching teams and establishing a framework for sustainable adoption of best practices. **What You'll Bring** The ideal candidate will have: + **10+ years of experience** leading large-scale Six Sigma and Lean initiatives within global, cross-functional environments. + **Strong knowledge of** Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control), and Agile methodologies, with expertise in statistical process control. + **Proven ability in** managing complex, multi-phase projects across departments, utilizing strong analytical skills to translate data insights into strategic process improvements. + **A Bachelor's degree** (preferably in Engineering) and **Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is required** . **What We Offer (Benefits)** + Competitive compensation. + Flexible work options/alternative work options to support work–life balance. + Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth. **Call to Action** If you are ready to drive process excellence and make a lasting impact within a global organization, we invite you to apply and become a key player in Iron Mountain's journey to operational transformation.
