GPL Change Implementation Consultant - Payables
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Payables Change Implementation Consultant to join the Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) team. **In this role, you will:** + Serve as the Single Point of Coordination for the customer + Apply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery + Develop business requirements + Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fit + Create/manage project plans + Work with key partners on project priority and scope + Coordinate appropriate meetings + Communicate status to project team and the customer + Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues + Ensure that project tasks are completed according to established timelines + Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance + Collaborate and consult with partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience + Remain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings while meeting customer’s needs. + Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities **Required Qualifications:** + 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + 2+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both + Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently + Electronic Commerce Services (ECS) products and implementations + Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) + Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment + Experience exercising independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment + Extensive experience in asking questions and identifying complex financial needs in order to provide relevant options to customers + Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners + Provide training and coaching of less experienced team members + Demonstrate a strong focus on risk mitigation + Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills + Ability to manage multiple or competing priorities **Job Expectations:** + Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening. + This role offers a hybrid work schedule. + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
