GPL Change Implementation Consultant - Lead IC

In this role, you will:

Serve as the Single Point of Coordination for the customerLead complex initiatives and implement Treasury Management products and serviceApply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful deliveryIdentify, and provide effective training methods for our customersCollaborate and consult with peers and partners to deliver an exceptional customer experienceRemain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings while meeting customer's needsParticipate in process improvement or product development and enhancements


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

2+ years of Treasury Management experienceStrong Treasury Management knowledge and experiencePrevious project management experiencePrevious leadership experience with the ability to make decisionsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work in an ever-changing environmentEffective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsExercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environmentExtensive experience in asking questions and identifying complex financial needs in order to provide relevant options to customersAbility to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partners

Salary Range:

El Monte, CA: $82,000.00 - $125,000.00 Annually

Minneapolis, MN: $75,000.00 - $114,000.00 Annually

All other locations: $68,000.00 - $104,000.00 Annually

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
