GPL Change Implementation Consultant - Lead IC

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant (Change Implementation Consultant) in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions.


In this role, you will:

Serve as the Single Point of Coordination for the customerLead simple to complex implementation projects and coordinate the setup of Treasury Management products and servicesEnsure that products are completed according to established timelinesIdentify, and provide effective training methods for our customersCollaborate and consult with peers and partners to deliver an exceptional customer experienceRemain flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines and new surroundings while meeting customer's needsParticipate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activitiesProvide subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fitCoordinate appropriate meetingsCommunicate status to the customer and line partnersProactively identify and resolve problems/issues

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

2+ years of Treasury Management experienceStrong Treasury Management knowledge and experiencePrevious project management experienceStrong, clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsEffective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsGood attention to detail and accuracy skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office, Outlook and PowerPointExercise independent judgement and critical thinking skills to manage time, prioritize, and delegate tasks in a complex, fast-paced environmentAbility to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers, peers and partnersAbility to work effectively in a virtual team environment

Must be based in one of the above locations or willing to relocate at your own expense.
Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
This position currently offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$68,000.00 - $125,000.00
