Your journey to a meaningful career starts with ZF LIFETEC Your tasks: This position is responsible to support OPs BU leadership on: + Defining manufacturing processes and production lines for quoting new businesses and or transfers of production processes. + Defining all needed steps, target cycle times and manning for new processes and coordinate with Sales, Cost Engineering, Finance and Engineering + Validating line balances, labor minutes and processes assumptions for CQA in coordination with the OPS BU P&P team + Supporting new line concepts implementation and automation introduction in IRS plants + Capex validation and monitoring for new production lines and equipment. + Support as active team member of Cost leadership initiative in cooperation with Engineering and Cost estimation + Support on business cases for projects relocations, transfers between the plants, sites extensions and other actions related to cost improvement actions + Supporting OPS BU leadership coordinating actions for Capex targets fulfilment (MR11 tracking). Your profile: + Mandatory knowledge of following ZF Lifetec processes and procedures: PADIS + Final project in Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university. + English, Spanish (native). + Computer skills: + + MS-Office package (especially Excel) + MTM + Power BI. Preferred skills: + Formal MTM certificate or qualification will be a plus. + Drawing tolerances and interpretation. + Self motivated individual. + German.
