We are searching for the best talent for Government Sales Manager to be in Mexico City.
You will be responsible for:
Government Sales Manager, executing the organization's regional Key Account Management strategy by leading a team of Regional KAMs.
Applies in-depth knowledge of the Key Account Management field to install best in class policies, procedures, and plans for the area.
Implements results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Key Account Management capabilities.
Manages projects, programs, or processes for the regional key account and supports regional activities involving the Central Key Accounts (IMSS, ISSSTE; IMSS Bienestar, Ministry of Health)
Captures and provides actionable insights based on analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Key Account Management strategy.
Implements strategies to acquire, retain, and grow key account business across accounts and product lines.
Executes client presentations and product demonstrations to effectively close sales, include new products in key account formularies, and promote competitive advantage.
Coaches and trains Regional Key Account Managers in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
Qualifications / Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience leading sales teams.
• Experience with highly specialized medications and government institutions; ideally, contact with distributors.
• Desirable intermediate English level.
• Travel availability: 60%
• Have a valid driving license.
• Based in México City, México
Safe Fleet Requirements:
Since this position is eligible for Company Car as a working tool, it is also required:
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.
