You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. **A Day in the Life** **JOB TITLE:** **Government Affairs** **Sr.Specialist** **DEPARTMENT: Healthcare Economics and Government Affairs** **REPORTING TO: HCE&GA Sr.Manager** ************************************************************************************************** **職務の目的と概要:** Healthcare Economics and Government Affairs(医療経済・渉外企画本部)は、メドトロニックの医療機器や技術が適切効果的に医療現場や患者様に届くよう、社会の制度や環境の改善をステークホルダーと協力して実現していくリードをする役割です。今回募集のスペシャリストはガバメントアフェアーズのメンバーとして、マネージャーからの指示の下、メドトロニックに関連する政策議論に影響力を持つ政府機関や国会議員、地方自体、医療従事者、臨床医、患者、アカデミア、およびその他の市民団体、業界団体と協力して戦略を計画し、社内部門と連携して実行を担当していきます。政府の政策の方向性の分析、社内への共有や、具体的な政策提言の作成、発表など、資料の作成や関係者との協議の場の設定、必要に応じて、グローバルのガバメントアフェアーズチームとの協力もあります。 **職務内容:** 厚生労働省、経済産業省、内閣府、独立行政法人医薬品医療機器総合機構 (PMDA) 、国会議員、大使館、NGO/NPO、アカデミア、患者会等ステークホルダーとの関係を築く。 米国医療機器・IVD工業会(AMDD) 、在日米国商工会議所 (ACCJ) などの外部/内部利害関係者と協力して、メドトトロニックに関連し、直接的、間接的に影響を与えるプロジェクトやプログラムに参画し、実行する。 事業部門、ヘルスケアエコノクスチーム、グローバルのガバメントアフェアーズなど社内部門と協力して調査し、課題解決に向けてソリューションを計画し、協議し、実行する。 保険償還に関連する業務の知識習得とHCEチームとの協業によるメドトロニック製品の価格戦略に関与 政策動向や政治議論の動向を調査し、政策提言の作成に関与する。 ステークホルダーへの会社説明と会社施設の見学を企画運営する。 **必要とされる能力や資質:** 自ら課題設定し、試行錯誤する志向 部門横断的なチームで効果的に業務できる能力。多様なステークホルダーとコミュニケーションが取れる 製薬・医療機器等、医療関連分野、IT、製造業、コンサルティング業界での勤務経験 **望ましい能力や資質:** 保健政策、薬事、保険償還、マーケティング、製品開発、臨床研究、メディア、リスク管理などの他の関連分野の知識 好奇心とメタ認知 複数のタスクを同時に遂行できる能力 柔軟性をもって継続する努力 **学歴・経験等:** 学士以上 政府関係または医療政策、医療経済または償還、コンサルティング、薬事または臨床研究/マーケティング/事業開発経験歓迎 **語学・コンピュータースキル** 日本語(母国語レベル)・英語(ビジネスレベル) MS製品 **その他** 一人で国内外の出張に対応可能である 残業有り(月約10時間。夜間のWeb会議等) ******************************************************************* **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.  **Benefits & Compensation** **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
