As Governance & Stakeholder Experience Manager with Ecolab’s GBSolutions+ (GBS+) team, you will be responsible for executing on the Strategy & Governance Team’s priorities and Service Excellence processes (Stakeholder Experience Management, Relationship Management, and Governance). You will assist and partner with the Strategy & Governance leader to deliver on objectives, create a leading practice shared service organization, manage stakeholder relationship processes and ensure strong governance of GBS+ processes.

What You Will Do:
Relationship & Stakeholder Experience Management
Responsible for developing and implementing stakeholder engagement plans, gathering stakeholder feedback (within GBS+ and with GBS+ stakeholders) and identifying opportunities based on feedback. This will be done both colloquially and through standard channels such as surveys
Responsible for ensuring stakeholders receive feedback outcomes for improvement opportunities, and maintaining stakeholder engagement activities and outcomes using dashboards and other visual mechanisms through partnership with the Insights team
Responsible for providing updates to GBS+ leadership on engagement activities and status
GBS+ Governance
Responsible for maintaining and improving the GBS+ Governance Framework and ensuring all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring service delivery teams around the globe are following the governance model and information is cascading properly, gathering feedback on governance model and making changes where applicable
Create, implement and maintain a workflow approach (in ServiceNow) for GBS+ stakeholder issues and needs tracking and ensure open issues are closed in a timely manner and satisfy the needs of the stakeholders
Responsible for maintaining the Service Catalog, including its migration into ServiceNow
Responsible for preparing content for strategic Governance Forums: maintaining & improving meeting templates, creating executive leadership meeting content, and content related to Stakeholder Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, ideally in the areas of Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Marketing, or related field.
8+ years relevant work experience, including experience with stakeholder or customer experience management, survey development and analysis, and/ or business process governance ideally within a Shared Services of Global Business Services function
Excellent spoken and written English
Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
Leadership presence and demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Effective presenter capable of engaging with teams at all levels
Ability to work collaboratively with global cross-functional teams to effectively engage a diverse, global stakeholder base.
Ability to analyze data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a governance role developing governance frameworks and policies within a shared services or global business services role in a large B2B organization
Project Management training or certification
Change Management training or certification
ServiceNow project implementation experience
Experience in using PowerBI
