The Governance & Stakeholder Engagement Lead, ABS is a strategic role responsible for driving stakeholder alignment for key transformation initiatives as well as developing governance frameworks across AGCO Business Services. This role combines strong project management capabilities with change leadership to ensure successful execution of global programs, fostering transparency, accountability, and engagement across all levels of the organization
Your Impact:
Design and implement governance structures to support decision-making, risk management, and performance tracking across transformation initiatives, and building ABS as a capability. Lead cross-functional transformation programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of milestones. Facilitate steering committees and governance forums, preparing (presentation) materials and driving strategic discussions. Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies to build trust, manage expectations, and drive adoption of change. Serve as a strategic advisor to key project members on stakeholder dynamics and change readiness. Oversee ABS communications, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with transformation goals. Create compelling communication materials including executive briefings, change narratives, FAQs, and stakeholder toolkits. Lead complex, multi-year projects with global scope, applying structured project management methodologies. Collaboration with functional leads to support implementing operating model changes and support organizational integration. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Experience and Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s / master’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing or a related field is required. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in stakeholder management, governance, or transformation leadership within a global organization. Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working in matrixed environments with global scope and influence.

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
