Corporate Governance is a central function under the H&M Group CFO, supporting all brands, functions and regions within the Group. As Governance Specialist GRC, you will be reporting to the Head of Corporate Governance.
You will be working with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) topics within the team, with a primary focus on Internal Control across the H&M GroupAs an expert you will be supporting the organization in various internal control mattersYou will work on continuously improving the Internal Control Framework, training the organization, executing the yearly cycle, managing KPIs, and following up on performance and testing control efficiency. Your work will also include supporting and advising on the design, implementation and monitoring of controls, while ensuring accurate documentationYou will be working in our GRC tool with implemented processesPart of your work will be to prepare and report to the executive managementWhen needed, you will also act as a project manager for cross-functional projects within your area of responsibilityAs the Corporate Governance team work seamlessly across all areas of responsibility, you will be given the opportunity to contribute to all areas of responsibility, yet with main responsibility on internal control.
