What you will be doing 

The Governance Practitioner supports the organization's best practices within the governance model, working to ensure compliance and mitigating risk with the third-party organization. The Governance Practitioner is responsible for ensuring compliance and supporting the buying and demand planning functions within Replenishment & Planning.  

Main responsibilities:

Supports governance best practices, ensuring compliance with company standards.   Maintains SOPs and documentation to support the governance model.   Provides coaching to third-party organizations to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).  Responsible for executing governance frameworks to oversee outsourcing activities.   Communicates risks associated with outsourcing to leadership.   Provides training to third-party organizations on governance policies and procedures.   Maintains data and documentation to support governance initiatives.   Communicates regularly between internal stakeholders and outsourcing partners. Escalates any issues or conflicts that arise.  Executes continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of third-party relationship and partnership.   Provides training and support to internal teams on governance best practices and outsourcing management.   Monitors planned inbound product flow to ensure SLA misses are avoided proactively

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred.  Minimum of 3 years of experience in replenishment, planning, governance, risk management, or vendor management roles preferred.  Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve issues.

The salary range is $72,000 to $94,000 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation Pay (accrued based on hours worked) or Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility).  [If applicable:] Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus.
